Dates: RMNP is open to visitors throughout the year, however, access to higher elevations on Trail Ridge Road is closed from late September until late May due to snow.

Each trip is fully customized to your needs!
We will arrange to pick you up from your lodging according to your schedule, usually first thing in the morning. We’ll spend the day visiting locations based on your bird list, our knowledge of the location, seasonal considerations, and local weather conditions. We often pack a picnic lunch to avoid traffic in Estes Park. We’ll finish up in the evening according to your schedule.
Please Note
The town of Estes Park, at the base of RMNP is at 7,500 feet above sea level and Trail Ridge Road goes up to 12,200 feet. Please be aware of the potential impacts of altitude and consult with your physician if you have health conditions that may be affected by altitude.
